HUMANITARIAN AID

The 2020 war extremely strained the socio-economic situation in Armenia.

Thousands of people fled their homes from Artsakh to settle sustainably in Armenia without any shelter or income.

The scarce resources available for reinstallation rallied everyone to earmark funds for humanitarian assistance.

In addition to the financial contribution of the Armenian Fund for Sustainable Development to the Insurance Foundation to Servicemen , the AF4SD participated in food relief joint projects with AYO , Aznavour Foundation and other partners.

In this challenging endeavor, the Armenian Fund for Sustainable Development was backed by AAAS, Saint Sarkis Charity Trust, the French Region of Occitanie,  the city of Montmorency, and several individual donors motivated by solidarity and compassion.

The Arev Society provided management support for the implmentation and reporting of this project.
